Chinese search mammoth Baidu is the world’s second-biggest vender of smart speakers, as indicated by another report from Canalis. As indicated by report, Amazon kept up its lead in the worldwide shrewd speaker space, trailed by Baidu, Google, Alibaba and Xiaomi, in a specific order. The research indicated Baidu overwhelmed Google to catch 17.3 percent of the worldwide market with 4.5 million shipments in the second quarter of 2019, speaking to stunning year-on-year development of 3,700 percent.

China’s smart headset market was 12.6 million units, more than double the 6.1 million US market. While both Amazon and Google offer services outside their home market – the United States – Baidu serves in Chinese territory. Baidu AI speakers operate on the AI platform referred to as DuerOS. The organization at first engaged the high part of the bargain with the Teenage Engineering-structured Raven H speaker, but that item sold inadequately. Recently, Baidu paid sales of much less expensive models, with the sale of the basic Xiaodu speaker at a price of up to 89 yuan (about $ 12).
